Mindful Mama

4 months

This program is specifically tailored to the Mama’s out there who are struggling to “do it all”.

We will focus on all things that come along with the beautiful gift of parenthood. Finding your work/life balance, starting an exercise routine, healthy cooking with kids, self-care, and staying connected with your partner are just a few of the things that I will guide you through.

I’ll help you make attainable and sustainable changes to create room in your life for healthier habits which will push the old ones right out the door. Whatever it is that you’re struggling with through parenthood, we will find your balance together.

What you can expect:

  • 1-ninety minute in person initial goal setting session

  • Forty five minute bi-weekly meetings

“One thing that she did extremely well was recognize the level of stress I was under and being comfortable completely changing course with our goals. People don't have to do it alone, and having a health coach there to support them may just be the push they need to get to the next level.”

“There's no doubt that health coaching is valuable. The key, however, is the journey, because life changes take time. Katie is nurturing and sympathetic and kind. Her personality lends itself perfectly to being a health coach. I walked away with some tools I will use for a long time.”

“Health coaching has allowed me to really look at myself from fresh eyes and change my old ways. I would recommend that everyone try using Katie as a coach to learn about themselves and find an organized way to bring balance back into their lives.”
