Mindful Momma

6 Months

This program is specifically tailored to the Momma’s out there who are struggling to “do it all”. With this, we will focus on all things that come along with the beautiful gift of parenthood. Finding your work/life balance, starting an exercise routine, healthy cooking with kids, self-care, and staying connected with your partner are just a few of the things that I will guide you through. Whatever it is that you’re struggling with through parenthood, we will find your balance together.

What you can expect:

  • 2-one hour in person sessions per month

  • Weekly check-ins and correspondence

Family Focus

6 months

All aboard! Being able to meet with the whole family and have everyone making changes is the best and fastest way to a healthier lifestyle. In our family sessions, we will focus on things like family cooking and general nutrition needs, delegating duties and chores so everyone is pulling their weight, and on-boarding changes in routines and schedules. In our individual meetings we will focus on any current struggles and goals for each partner so we can integrate and implement them into the family lifestyle.

What you can expect:

  • 1-one hour in person family sessions per month

  • 2-forty five minute in person individual sessions per month (1 per partner)

  • Review of individual and family goals to combine them for a happy home  

Back to the Basics

3 Months

In this program, we will get back to the basics of everything health related. Not only will we focus on general nutrition and exercise, we will also learn about our mind/body connection and how to listen to it. Together, we will build your foundation so you can make better decisions based on your specific needs and goals.

What you can expect:

  • 2-forty five minute in person sessions per month

  • 1 grocery store or farmers market tour
