Working With Me

So what does a Health Coach do? Here’s a quick list of do’s and don’ts.

I do:

  • Get to know you personally

  • Learn about your relationship history with health and wellness

  • Ask you about all other facets of your life, including career, sleep habits, spirituality, relationships, and finances

  • LISTEN to your needs and goals

  • Give you small and sustainable suggestions that will rearrange your life to make it work for you

I don’t:

  • Prescribe you a specific diet plan or regiment

  • Make you count calories (at least not longer than a 3 day period to get a baseline)

  • Tell you that you need to completely give up any specific food (pasta, cookies, coffee)

  • Do the work for you
